WHAT TO EXPECT DAY OF
You’ll relax lying down in a clean, quiet, and comfortable environment, tuning out to calming spa music for about 60–120 minutes depending on your service. Many clients drift off to sleep — and that’s totally okay! Enjoy a peaceful snooze and wake up to fresh, beautiful lashes.

PRIOR TO APPOINTMENT

To ensure the best lash retention and a comfortable experience, please come prepared:​
 

Arrive with a clean face — no eye makeup or mascara.
It’s best to shower beforehand so lashes remain dry for the first hours after application.
Avoid oil-based products on or around the eyes before your appointment.
Do not schedule if you have any active eye infection or irritation.
No caffeinated drinks for at least 3 hours prior — caffeine can cause eye fluttering.

Remove contact lenses before your service (bring your case + glasses if needed).
